TQL Production Supervisor (3-Gallon Team Leader)

Cherry Lake Tree Farm is seeking a quality-oriented individual to lead self-directed production team to produce high quality woody ornamentals. Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, demonstrate self-initiative and take pride in quality production. Must be able to lead and develop employees through coaching and training. This individual will be fully responsible for implementing growth management methods which will yield the highest quality trees, meeting all sales windows and customer specifications. One or more years of applied work experience is required.  Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture (or closely related field) is required.  Proficient computer skills and interpersonal communication is a must along with proven growing skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
